Sweet and White Potato Spears

1 1/2 lbs sweet potatoes (about 3) cut into spears
1 1/2 lbs idaho or russet potatoes (about 3) cut into spears
1/2 cup zesty italian dressing
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley

1. Preheat oven to 375*. Toss potatoes with dressing.
2. Place on lightly greased baking sheet.
3. Cook 30 mins. Turn potatoes. Cook an additional 30 mins, sprinkiling with cheese during the last 5 mins.
4. Sprinkle with parsley. Makes 8 servings
