Vegetable soup

Serves: 6 Prep: 35 min

3 c chicken broth (canned or homemade)
1 med onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, sliced
2 carrots, thinly sliced
1 16 oz can sliced green beans, drained
1 small zucchini, sliced
1 16 oz can diced tomatoes
1 T Italian seasoning
1 T garlic powder
Salt & pepper to taste

In a large pot, cook the onion, celery & carrots in the chicken broth. Add green beans & zucchini. Cook covered for 10-15 min. Add the tomatoes & seasonings. Cook an additional 10 min.
