2 bananas, sliced
2 c. fat-free milk
2 c. nonfat vanilla yogurt
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1 Tbsp honey
Makes 4 16oz servings
Processall ingredients in a blender until
smooth. Serve immediately.
this is good in helping reduce high blood pressure
